Refund policy
At Legacy Gifted Hair & Beauty, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because many of our products are personal care, hair, and beauty items, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged for health, safety, and hygiene reasons.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Hair dyes and other chemical products
- Developers
- Relaxers
- Adhesives
- Virgin hair and hair extensions
- Any product that has been opened, used, altered, or removed from its original packaging
Please review product descriptions, colors, sizes, and other specifications carefully before placing your order.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Legacy Gifted Hair & Beauty as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging.
Do not return an item without contacting us first. We will review your request and provide instructions if a return, replacement, or refund is approved.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
If a return is approved, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return instructions will be provided after your request has been reviewed.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and the return has been verified. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping carrier receives the package.
